Shipping & ReturnsSummer Shipping During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship chocolate with ice packs to ensure they arrive in good condition. They must also be shipped via UPS Express and cannot be shipped over the weekend. We do this to make sure that your gift basket is perfect when it arrives. Substitution Policy For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. Orders for these items are placed but sometimes there are delays from the vendor. To avoid delays in your shipment we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. |
